Gmail to AI Content Router for Brand and Campaign Emails
Make
Project's Category
Intro
This one watches an inbox and automatically splits incoming emails into two content generation paths, one for brand related messages and one for campaign related ones, each getting its own AI generated response.
Problems
The skincare industry is saturated with brands offering similar products and messaging. Veloura needed a unique visual identity that would differentiate its face cream collection, build customer trust, and establish a memorable presence across digital and physical touchpoints. The challenge was creating a premium aesthetic without appearing overly clinical or inaccessible.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario that watches Gmail for new emails and routes each one through two paths depending on whether it's brand or campaign related. Each path runs its own OpenAI completion, using GPT and o1 models, to generate the right kind of content, then sends the result out through an HTTP request to wherever it needs to go next.
Final Thoughts
Splitting brand and campaign emails into separate AI paths instead of one generic prompt is what keeps the output relevant. A brand inquiry and a campaign question need very different tones, and routing first means neither gets a one size fits all reply.
