This one listens for a WhatsApp message, transcribes it if it's a voice note, figures out which service pack the client wants, and sends back a ready made PDF proposal, all in the same chat.
Problems
Turning a WhatsApp inquiry into an actual proposal meant someone had to listen to voice notes, figure out which package fit, build a PDF by hand, and send it back. That could take hours depending on how busy the day was.
Solutions
We built an n8n workflow that starts on a WhatsApp trigger and checks whether the incoming message is a voice note or text. Voice notes get downloaded and transcribed with Whisper before anything else happens. An AI agent with memory, a calculator, and a client info lookup then reads the request and decides which service pack fits, pulling in pricing and delivery details as needed. APITemplate.io turns that into a PDF proposal, and WhatsApp Business Cloud sends it straight back to the client.
Final Thoughts
Handling voice and text through the same switch instead of two separate flows means the client never has to think about which way to reach out. Whether they type it out or just send a voice note, they get the same proposal back.
