This one takes a WordPress post, has an AI chain write a caption suited to each platform, generates a matching image, and publishes it to X, LinkedIn and Facebook automatically.
Problems
Turning one blog post into four different social media posts meant writing four different captions, resizing or regenerating images for each platform, and manually posting to each one. It was slow enough that most posts never made it past the blog.
Solutions
We built an n8n workflow that reads a Google Sheet for the ID of a WordPress post, pulls the full post content, and runs it through an AI chain that writes a caption suited to whichever platform it's headed to. A matching image gets generated for Facebook and LinkedIn, then the workflow publishes to X, LinkedIn and Facebook through their own APIs and marks each platform OK in the sheet once it's live.
Final Thoughts
Logging each platform's status back to the sheet means nobody has to guess whether a post actually went out everywhere. One glance at the sheet shows exactly which platforms are done and which are still pending.
