Paperform Submission to AI Voice Email Draft

This one takes a Paperform submission and turns it into a written email with an AI narrated voice version attached, sitting ready as a Gmail draft.
Problems
Every form submission needed a personal reply: a subject line, a written response, and for some clients a voice note alongside it. Writing that from scratch for every submission ate into time that should have gone into other work.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario that triggers on a new Paperform submission and runs it through two OpenAI assistants, one drafting the email body, the other generating the subject line. The text gets parsed and cleaned, then read aloud through an ElevenLabs speech synthesis, uploaded to Google Drive, and the whole thing lands as a ready to send Gmail draft.
Final Thoughts
Leaving it as a Gmail draft instead of sending it automatically is the deliberate part. A human still reads it before it goes out, but almost none of the writing is left to do.
