This one catches every call event from Aircall the moment it happens and turns it into a clean, searchable record in Airtable.
Problems
Call data was sitting inside Aircall and nowhere else. Anyone who needed to reference a call log, who called, when, what was said, had to go dig through the phone system itself instead of the database everyone actually worked from.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario that starts from a custom webhook fired by Aircall, pulls the full call details through the Aircall API, and gets the specific call record. It iterates through the call data and aggregates the relevant text, then creates a new record in Airtable with everything captured in one place.
Final Thoughts
Having the webhook catch the event in real time instead of polling for new calls means the Airtable record shows up almost the moment the call ends. Nobody has to remember to log it.
