Problems
Answering business emails accurately meant knowing where the right information lived and writing a reply that actually addressed the question. Doing that for every email that came in took real time out of the day.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario that watches an inbox for new emails and asks Make's AI toolkit to work out what the sender needs. That query gets used to search a Google Sheet for the matching information, and a second AI step turns the result into a proper reply. The scenario ends by creating a draft in the mailbox instead of sending anything automatically.
Final Thoughts
Ending on a draft instead of a send means a person still reads and approves every reply before it goes out. The AI does the research and writing, the human keeps the final say.
