This one turns a form submission into a full email package, AI writes the body and subject line, a voice version gets recorded with ElevenLabs, and everything lands as a Gmail draft ready to send.
Problems
Every new form submission needed a personal reply, and writing one from scratch, let alone recording a voice note to go with it, took more time than most teams could spare per lead.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario that triggers on a new form submission and asks an AI assistant to draft the email body, then a second assistant writes a matching subject line. The email gets converted from HTML to plain text and turned into a voice script, which ElevenLabs turns into an actual spoken recording. That audio file gets uploaded to Google Drive, and the whole thing lands as a Gmail draft waiting for a quick review before sending.
Final Thoughts
Landing everything as a Gmail draft instead of auto sending keeps a person in control of the final email and its voice attachment. The AI does the writing and recording, someone still hits send.
