This one iterates through a batch of records, calls an API for each one, parses the response, aggregates everything into one array, and emails the results out.
Problems
Processing a batch of items one by one against an API and then pulling together a report meant someone had to run the calls, collect the responses, and write up a summary by hand every time.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario that iterates through every item in a batch, sends each one to an API via HTTP, parses the text response, and aggregates all the results into a single array. Once every item has been processed, the scenario sends the whole aggregated report out over Gmail.
Final Thoughts
Aggregating before the email step means the report goes out as one clean message instead of one email per item. Whoever gets it sees the whole batch's results at a glance.
