Every comment on a Facebook post needed someone to read it, figure out what the person wanted, and type a reply. Price questions, general questions, everything got the same slow manual treatment.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario that watches a Facebook Page for new comments and routes each one through a set of filtered paths, one for price questions and others for different intents, with a fallback for anything that doesn't match. Each path posts back the right reply as a comment on the original post.
Final Thoughts
Routing by intent instead of one generic auto reply means people asking about price get a price focused answer instead of something generic. The fallback branch still catches anything the filters miss, so no comment goes unanswered.
