Problems
New comments came in around the clock, but replies only went out whenever someone on the team happened to check the page. That gap between a comment and a reply cost engagement and sometimes cost a sale.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario that watches a Facebook Page's comments continuously and sends every new one through a router. Price related comments follow their own path, everything else follows a general path, and a fallback branch handles anything that doesn't match either. Each branch posts its reply straight back as a comment.

Because it's watching comments directly instead of running on a schedule, replies go out within moments of someone commenting, not whenever the next scheduled check happens to run.
