Problems
A new booking meant someone had to manually create the contact in the CRM and let the right people know a call was on the calendar. That handoff step got missed more often than anyone wanted to admit.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario that watches Calendly and, for every new booking, works through a router with two branches, each one setting variables, checking a data store to avoid duplicate contacts, creating the record in GoHighLevel, logging it in Airtable, and posting a Discord alert so the team knows immediately.
Final Thoughts
Having two branches through the same data store and CRM steps means the scenario can treat different booking types differently while still landing in the same place. Nothing about who books gets missed just because it came in through a different path.
