Problems
Every new car that came in had to be turned into a Facebook post by hand: writing the caption, adding the price and deposit terms, and linking back to the listing. With dozens of vehicles cycling through, posts went out late or got skipped entirely.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario that reads straight from the dealership's Airtable base of vehicle listings. Each row already carries the profile, the caption text, and the listing link, so the scenario turns it into a scheduled Facebook post for the dealership's page. New rows get picked up automatically, so the moment a car is added to the base it's queued to go live.

Keeping the caption and pricing details in Airtable instead of writing them straight into Facebook means the sales team can edit a listing without touching the automation at all. Change the row, and the next post reflects it.
