This one turns a content idea sitting in Airtable into an AI polished version with one click, picking whichever model fits the job best.
Problems
Coming up with newsletter, blog, and video ideas for a niche audience was the easy part. Turning a rough idea into something ready to actually write from meant manually running it through a prompt, picking a model, and copying the result back, over and over for every piece.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario tied to a button field in Airtable. Each content idea, a newsletter, a blog post, a YouTube video script, sits in its own row with a packaged prompt template and a chosen AI model, anything from Claude to GPT-4o to Llama. Clicking Improve Idea fires the scenario, runs the prompt against that row's model, and writes the improved version back with the status flipped to AI Complete.
Final Thoughts
Letting each row pick its own model instead of hardcoding one is what makes this flexible. A quick newsletter idea can run on a cheaper model while something more creative gets pointed at a stronger one, all from the same sheet.
