This one is a reusable AI agent that reads and writes to Airtable on command, tracking ideas, tasks, and subscriptions from a single brain.
Problems
Managing ideas, tasks, and recurring subscriptions across separate views in Airtable meant switching tables constantly and manually creating or updating the right record every time something changed. There was no single place to just say what needed to happen and have it done.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario designed to be called by another workflow, an OpenAI Functions agent connected to Airtable with a full set of tools: create or get an idea, create or get a task, and create, get, update, or delete a subscription. The agent keeps memory across the conversation and decides which Airtable action to take based on what it's asked.
