This one runs a PhantomBuster scraper, downloads whatever it finds, cleans up the raw text, and drops the parsed data straight into a Google Sheet.
Problems
Pulling data out of PhantomBuster meant somebody had to open each result, copy the useful parts, and paste them into a spreadsheet by hand. That worked for a handful of runs, but it fell apart once the scraper started producing results faster than anyone could keep up with.
Solutions
We built a Make scenario that watches PhantomBuster for a finished run, downloads the result the moment it's ready, and runs it through a text parser to strip out the formatting noise. From there it gets parsed as JSON and written directly into a Google Sheet, one row per result, no copy and paste required.
Final Thoughts
Scrapers are only useful if someone actually looks at what they find. Once the output lands in a spreadsheet automatically, the data actually gets used instead of sitting in a downloads folder nobody checks.
